As orders are being fulfilled by a third party, I cannot guarantee shipping times. However, 80% of orders are fulfilled within 48 business hours and shipping typically takes between 2 and 10 business days (although in some extreme cases may stretch to 14 business days). If you need an item by a specific date, please ensure sufficient time for shipping. I am in the process of trying to optimise my offerings to ensure shipping is as efficient as possible, but any feedback on shipping times is highly welcome.

If time is pressing and you need to give a gift, consider a gift card!

Shipping varies depending on your location, relative to where items are printed and typical local shipping fees. All shipping fees are a flat rate and come with tracking when available. In Australia, shipping is $10AUD.

Currently, this shop can ship to Australia, the UK, the US, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Oh no, I'm sorry! In the event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a refund, exchange or store credit. Contact me within 14 days of receiving your delivery at nickyrollings.art@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue and a photo showing the issue and I will do what I can to rectify the problem.

Using a print-on-demand drop shipping approach for the store has advantages for both you and me! First, because orders can be fulfilled from multiple locations around the world (typically the US, UK, EU and Australia) it helps reduce shipping costs, times and carbon emissions. That means you get things cheaper, more quickly and with less of an environmental impact due to shipping than if I were to have all of the stock to ship to you from Australia. This method also means that I don’t need to have loads of stock on hand in order to fulfill your order. Not only does this save me space, it also avoids the potential environmental impact of ordering a bunch of stock that no one actually wants. I can also be more flexible with the designs I offer and update them more often! It’s a win for everyone.

I have sampled my own stock, of course, to check its quality, so you should receive high quality goods every time. But, should something go wrong with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact me and we’ll work out what needs to be done to make it right!
